AI Disclosure
This document exists because you deserve to know exactly what you’re getting when you work with Highly Anticipated — what a human built, what AI assisted with, and where the two are woven together. Transparency isn’t a legal formality here. It’s a brand value.

Where We Stand
Beginning in 2026, Highly Anticipated operates as an openly and intentionally AI-integrated practice. This is a deliberate direction — not a quiet workaround, and not something we arrived at casually.
For eleven years, we’ve done brand strategy, web design, and marketing for small businesses. For most of that time, AI wasn’t part of the picture. Then it started coming up in client conversations — respectful conversations, heated conversations, curious conversations — as business owners began experimenting with AI tools in their own work and wondering what it meant for ours. Those conversations shaped how we think about this.
AI was already in the room. We decided to open the door.
A Note on Pre-2026 Work
Most of Highly Anticipated’s work prior to 2026 was completed without AI tools. Some projects intentionally excluded AI as a matter of principle — because the client, the craft, or the context called for it. Other projects, later in that period, leaned into AI use, also as a matter of principle. Both approaches were honest, and both produced results we’re proud of.
That history is the foundation of this pivot, not a contradiction to it. Knowing both worlds is what makes the choice meaningful.
Acknowledging What AI Is — and Isn’t
AI has real limitations. It hallucinates. It can produce generic, off-brand, or factually wrong outputs. It reflects the biases embedded in its training data. At a broader level, the rise of AI carries genuine risks — to labor, to creative industries, to privacy, to truth — that we don’t take lightly and that we believe every business using these tools has a responsibility to think about seriously.
The environmental cost of AI infrastructure is significant and growing, and we recognize that using these tools is not a carbon-neutral choice. We are also deeply aware that AI-driven recommendation systems have been documented as pathways that funnel people toward radicalization and racist ideologies. This is antithetical to our values, and it is part of why we believe intentional, human-led use of AI matters — the tool reflects the values of the person wielding it.
This disclosure is not a celebration of AI as a flawless technology. It is a commitment to using it carefully, with human oversight, within a practice built on strategy first. And if you work with us, we can help you create your own AI Disclosure Statement too.
How AI Is Used at Highly Anticipated
The Highly Anticipated model works like this: a human brand strategist leads every engagement. We develop your brand identity, your strategy, and your voice. Then we train a custom AI knowledge base on your brand: your goals, your audience, your tone, your rules. The result is an AI agent that knows your brand well enough to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing and branding materials at scale, on demand.
Think of it this way: the strategy is human. The system that carries it forward is AI-powered. And the people who built that system are accountable for its outputs.
AI may be involved in the following:
- Drafting and refining marketing copy
- Generating visual concepts and design directions
- Producing social media content, templates, and brand assets
- Research, competitive analysis, and strategic ideation
- Building brand documentation and training materials
Human-led at every stage means: every deliverable is reviewed, shaped, and approved by a human strategist before it reaches you. AI does not make brand decisions. We do.
Our Commitment to Quality and Safety
Every AI output used in your project is reviewed for accuracy, brand alignment, tone, and compliance before delivery. We do not pass through raw AI-generated content without human evaluation. If something isn’t right, it doesn’t go out.
Client information shared with Highly Anticipated is handled with care. Where AI tools are used in your project, we are attentive to what data is shared with those platforms and will never input sensitive or confidential client information without explicit consent.
Why This Model Exists for Small Business
Small business owners often try to use AI to build their own brand materials — a website, a logo, a content strategy — and find that the output is close, but not quite right. It doesn’t feel like them. It doesn’t hold together. It doesn’t convert.
Highly Anticipated fills that gap. You get a human brand strategist who builds the foundation — identity, voice, strategy — and then teaches an AI system your brand so thoroughly that future content feels consistent, professional, and fast. Small business owners deserve access to marketing that is professional, scalable, and built to exceed the standards of their industry.
