what’s included each month

6 Service Credits (1 hour of work)
Each credit represents 10 minutes of design or development time. Use them for website updates (content updates, new pages, plugin maintenance, functionality tweaks, speed optimization), brand and marketing materials (social media graphics, email templates, sales collateral, presentation updates, print material refreshes), or strategic support (design feedback, content layout assistance, brand application questions, file preparation).

Priority Turnaround

Your requests move to the front of the queue—guaranteed 5 business day turnaround for all credit-based work.

Monthly Website Health Reports

We’ll check your site’s performance, security, uptime, and SEO health every month and send you a summary—no action required unless we spot an issue.

How Credits Work

Credits roll over monthly. Use 2 credits this month? You’ll have 10 next month (your new 6 + the 4 you didn’t use). Credits expire 12 months after they’re earned, so you’ll never lose them if you stay active.
Want more credits? Purchase additional credit packs anytime: 5 credits for $100

Larger projects? If a request exceeds your available credits, we’ll let you know the scope and give you options: purchase additional credits, save it for next month, or convert it to a standalone project.

Billed monthly via automatic recurring invoice. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice—no long-term contracts, no penalties.
