How does billing work?
$200 billed monthly via automatic recurring invoice. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no long-term contracts, no penalties.
What if I don't use all my credits this month?
They roll over. Credits stay active for 12 months from the date they're earned, so nothing goes to waste as long as your retainer is active.
Can I use credits for anything?
Credits cover design, development, and strategic support related to your brand and website. They don't cover full website redesigns, new site builds, third-party service fees, or complex custom development — those would be scoped as standalone projects.
What if I haven't worked with you before?
Monthly Support is exclusively for past clients. If you're interested in working together, start with a Strategy Session — you'll have access to Monthly Support once your project is complete.
