Refund policy — No refunds available for work already completed.
Delivery policy — Files are delivered via Google Drive.
Return policy – No returns accepted.
Cancellation policy — If a client becomes unresponsive to email communication for more than three consecutive months, the contract in paused, and there might be a loss of work completed or the need for a restart fee to finish up the project.
